Refund Policy

Sledge Events & Management

Sledge Events & Management provides professional business services including business structure support, business credit development, Net-30 tradeline management, consulting, digital documents, trust-based planning, and educational materials. Because most of our products involve professional time, digital delivery, customized planning, and proprietary information, our refund and return practices differ from physical-goods businesses. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

1. General Policy

All purchases made with Sledge Events & Management are considered FINAL unless otherwise stated in this policy.
We operate a service-based and digital-delivery business, meaning once work has begun or documents have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a partial or full refund ONLY under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued.

b. Services Not Yet Started

If you purchase a service and request cancellation before any work has been performed, you will receive:

  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours
  • 50% refund if requested after 24 hours but before work begins

Once initial work (research, consultation, or document drafting) has started, refunds are no longer available.

3. Non-Refundable Products & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of the work:

a. Business Structure Setup

LLC structuring, compliance setup, EIN assistance, business credit profile setup, and all related documents are custom-created and cannot be returned.

b. Net-30 Tradeline Setup & Management

Once account creation, vendor verification, backend setup, or reporting process has begun, the service becomes non-refundable.

c. Consultations (Phone, Video, or In-Person)

All consultations—whether completed or missed—are non-refundable.

d. Digital Downloads or Templates

Any digital document, trust template, agreement, or educational material that has been delivered is non-refundable.

e. Trust Drafting & Private Structuring Services

Trust creation, amendments, strategic planning guidance, and document bundles are highly customized and therefore non-refundable once drafting begins.

4. Service Satisfaction Review

If you believe a service was not delivered as described, you may request a Service Satisfaction Review within 7 days of delivery.
We will:

  1. Review your concern
  2. Re-deliver or correct the service at no additional charge if appropriate
  3. Provide a partial refund ONLY if Sledge Events & Management failed to deliver agreed-upon materials or services

Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction based on misunderstanding service scope, change of mind, or financial circumstances.

5. Payment Plan & Subscription Policy

For monthly Net-30 tradeline management or ongoing business credit support:

  • Missed or late payments do not qualify for refunds
  • Cancellation ends future billing but does not refund past payments
  • Any custom work delivered during the subscription period remains non-refundable

To cancel a subscription, written notice must be provided 7 days before the next billing cycle.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is considered fraudulent behavior, as all services are documented and timestamped.
We reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence to the payment processor
  • Close accounts associated with fraudulent disputes
  • Deny future service

7. Delivery of Services

Most services include digital documents, consultations, and backend business credit setup. Once delivered or initiated, refunds cannot be issued.

Turnaround times may vary based on client responsiveness, workload, and document complexity. Delayed responses from the client do not qualify for refunds.

  • Full name
  • Service purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request

We respond within 3–5 business days.

9. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing any service from Sledge Events & Management, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms listed in this Refund & Return Policy.
